Talwind Insurance Services is hiring a Freelance Senior Oracle EBS Self-Service HR Techno-Functional Consultant to join a migration onto Oracle EBS HCM. What you will do: - Load worker and assignment data through HDL and verify the results - Gather HR and talent requirements across countries and business units - Build and test fast formulas and validation rules where standard setup falls short - Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work What you bring: - 5–10 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on Self-Service HR and Time and Labor (OTL) - Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL, OAF Freelance contract: 8 weeks, 30 hours a week, hybrid.
