Who can use Fusora

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. One account is for one person. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

If you are a candidate

• Fusora is free for candidates, and always will be.
• What you put on your profile must be true. Do not claim experience, projects, certifications or qualifications you do not hold.
• You are responsible for any confidentiality obligations you owe to past clients or employers. If you cannot name a client, leave the name out.
• You control your profile: you can edit it, hide your rate, unpublish it or delete it at any time.

If you are hiring

• Use a candidate’s contact details only to discuss a genuine role with them. Do not sell them, share them outside your organisation, add them to marketing lists, or contact a candidate about anything other than work.
• Roles you post must be real, currently open, and described accurately.
• Do not discriminate against candidates on grounds prohibited by law.
• You are responsible for handling candidate data you receive in line with applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Plans and payment

Searching is free. Revealing a candidate’s contact details uses one unlock from your plan, and unlocking a candidate you have already unlocked never uses another. Plans are not charged online: you request one, we confirm the price and payment with you directly, and we activate it once payment is received. The price, the period it covers and any refund terms are those agreed with you in writing when your plan is activated. Prices are subject to applicable taxes.

What verification means

When a certification is marked verified, it means a person at Fusora has checked the credential against Oracle’s published records. It is a check, not a guarantee of anyone’s ability or suitability for a role. Employers remain responsible for their own hiring decisions.

What you must not do

• Scrape, bulk-download or systematically copy profiles or other content.
• Access Fusora by automated means, or attempt to get around any access control, payment step or limit — including reaching data through the API that the website would not show you.
• Impersonate anyone, or create an account for someone else without their consent.
• Upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to share.
• Use Fusora to send spam or to recruit for anything other than genuine work.

Your content

What you add to Fusora stays yours. You let us store it and show it to others according to the visibility settings you choose, for as long as it is on Fusora.

Our role

Fusora is a marketplace. We are not an employer or a recruitment agency, we are not a party to any agreement you make with each other, and we do not guarantee that any candidate will be hired or that any role will be filled.

Suspending or closing accounts

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms — for example, one that misuses candidate contact details or misrepresents its experience. You can close your own account at any time.

Liability

We work to keep Fusora accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the decisions candidates and employers make about each other. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

When we change these terms we update the date at the top, and we will tell you about any change that materially affects you before it takes effect.
