About the role
Coraline Bank (GCC) is hiring an Oracle EBS HCM Programme Director to join a migration onto Oracle EBS HCM.
What you will do:
- Load worker and assignment data through HDL and verify the results
- Gather HR and talent requirements across countries and business units
- Build and test fast formulas and validation rules where standard setup falls short
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 15–25 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on Self-Service HR and Time and Labor (OTL)
- Working knowledge of BI Publisher, ODI
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
