Oracle EBS HCM Solution Architect (Payroll)

Gulfmark Infra Holdings is hiring an Oracle EBS HCM Solution Architect (Payroll) to join a greenfield Oracle EBS HCM implementation. What you will do: - Gather payroll and statutory requirements for each country in scope - Build and test fast formulas for pay, absence and statutory calculations - Load balances and year-to-date figures through HDL and reconcile them - Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook What you bring: - 10–18 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on Payroll and Self-Service HR - Experience with Singapore / Malaysia localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Part time engagement, remote within Malaysia.
