About the role
Valecrest Technologies is hiring a Freelance Oracle EBS HCM Programme Director to join a migration onto Oracle EBS HCM.
What you will do:
- Gather HR and talent requirements across countries and business units
- Build and test fast formulas and validation rules where standard setup falls short
- Load worker and assignment data through HDL and verify the results
- Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook
What you bring:
- 15–25 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on Self-Service HR
- Working knowledge of OAF
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Freelance contract: 26 weeks, 20 hours a week, hybrid.
