Oracle EBS HCM Programme Director

Kaveri Agro Industries is hiring an Oracle EBS HCM Programme Director to join the rollout of Oracle EBS HCM to new countries and business units. What you will do: - Configure enterprise structures, eligibility profiles and approval workflows - Design self-service flows for employees and managers, and test them end to end - Guide HR users through UAT, training and go-live - Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work What you bring: - 15–25 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on Self-Service HR and Time and Labor (OTL) - Working knowledge of Oracle Forms & Reports, Workflow Builder - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Advisory engagement, onsite in Frankfurt.
