About the role
Pranit Steel & Alloys is hiring a Freelance Trainee Oracle EBS Time and Labor (OTL) Techno-Functional Consultant to join a migration onto Oracle EBS HCM.
What you will do:
- Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules
- Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team
- Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 0–2 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on Time and Labor (OTL)
- Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL, OAF
Freelance contract: 27 weeks, 30 hours a week, remote — global.
