About the role
Southwind Mining is hiring a Freelance Oracle EBS HCM Programme Director to join the rollout of Oracle EBS HCM to new countries and business units.
What you will do:
- Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules
- Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team
- Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 15–25 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on Payroll
- Experience with Multi-country / Global localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups
- Working knowledge of Oracle Forms & Reports, Workflow Builder
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
