Oracle EBS Core HR Technical Lead

Quantrix Product Labs is hiring an Oracle EBS Core HR Technical Lead to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle EBS HCM roadmap. What you will do: - Guide HR users through UAT, training and go-live - Configure enterprise structures, eligibility profiles and approval workflows - Design self-service flows for employees and managers, and test them end to end - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 8–14 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on Core HR and Payroll - Experience with Australia localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups - Working knowledge of SOA Suite, SQL / PL-SQL - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Contract to hire engagement, onsite in Sydney.
