Oracle EBS Technical Consultant (Payroll)

Rivanta Global Business Services is hiring an Oracle EBS Technical Consultant (Payroll) to join our managed-services team supporting a live Oracle EBS HCM estate. What you will do: - Build and test fast formulas for pay, absence and statutory calculations - Load balances and year-to-date figures through HDL and reconcile them - Gather payroll and statutory requirements for each country in scope - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 3–7 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on Payroll - Experience with Mexico / Latin America localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups - Working knowledge of Oracle Forms & Reports, Workflow Builder Part time engagement, onsite in Mexico City.
