About the role
Southwind Mining is hiring a Freelance Oracle EBS HCM Solution Architect (Payroll) to join a migration onto Oracle EBS HCM.
What you will do:
- Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end
- Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules
- Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team
- Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification
What you bring:
- 10–18 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on Payroll
- Experience with Multi-country / Global localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups
- Working knowledge of BI Publisher, ODI, Oracle Forms & Reports
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Freelance contract: 25 weeks, 40 hours a week, remote — global.
