About the role
Nexabrook Software is hiring an Oracle EBS HCM Solution Architect (Payroll) to join the rollout of Oracle EBS HCM to new countries and business units.
What you will do:
- Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules
- Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team
- Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 10–18 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on Payroll
- Experience with India localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups
- Working knowledge of OAF, BI Publisher
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Advisory engagement, hybrid in Mumbai.
