Freelance Oracle EBS Technical Consultant (Payroll)

Southwind Mining is hiring a Freelance Oracle EBS Technical Consultant (Payroll) to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle EBS HCM roadmap. What you will do: - Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end - Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules - Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 3–7 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on Payroll - Experience with Multi-country / Global localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups - Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL, OAF, BI Publisher Freelance contract: 13 weeks, 40 hours a week, remote — global.
