About the role
Sarvat ERP Solutions is hiring a Freelance Oracle PeopleSoft Benefits Administration Functional Consultant to join an Oracle PeopleSoft HCM upgrade and re-implementation.
What you will do:
- Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team
- Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end
- Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules
- Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook
What you bring:
- 3–7 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Benefits Administration and Time and Labor
- Working knowledge of REST APIs
