About the role
Halcyra Pharma is hiring an Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Solution Architect (Benefits Administration) to join a greenfield Oracle PeopleSoft HCM implementation.
What you will do:
- Gather payroll and statutory requirements for each country in scope
- Build and test fast formulas for pay, absence and statutory calculations
- Load balances and year-to-date figures through HDL and reconcile them
- Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook
What you bring:
- 10–18 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Benefits Administration and Time and Labor
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Part time engagement, onsite in Dallas.
