About the role
Halcyra Pharma is hiring an Associate Oracle PeopleSoft Benefits Administration Functional Consultant to join a greenfield Oracle PeopleSoft HCM implementation.
What you will do:
- Gather payroll and statutory requirements for each country in scope
- Build and test fast formulas for pay, absence and statutory calculations
- Load balances and year-to-date figures through HDL and reconcile them
- Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook
What you bring:
- 1–4 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Benefits Administration and Time and Labor
Permanent engagement, onsite in Pune.
