About the role
Aurenza Global Services is hiring an Oracle PeopleSoft Talent Acquisition Technical Lead to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle PeopleSoft HCM roadmap.
What you will do:
- Guide HR users through UAT, training and go-live
- Configure enterprise structures, eligibility profiles and approval workflows
- Design self-service flows for employees and managers, and test them end to end
- Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification
What you bring:
- 8–14 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Talent Acquisition and Benefits Administration
- Working knowledge of PeopleCode / App Engine, BI Publisher
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Contract to hire engagement, remote within Qatar.
