Associate Oracle PeopleSoft Technical Consultant (Talent Acquisition)

Vardhan Power Utilities is hiring an Associate Oracle PeopleSoft Technical Consultant (Talent Acquisition) to join a migration onto Oracle PeopleSoft HCM. What you will do: - Guide HR users through UAT, training and go-live - Configure enterprise structures, eligibility profiles and approval workflows - Design self-service flows for employees and managers, and test them end to end - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 1–4 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Talent Acquisition and Benefits Administration - Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL, REST APIs Contract engagement, onsite in Frankfurt.
