Lakeshore Health Network is hiring a Trainee Oracle PeopleSoft Talent Acquisition Techno-Functional Consultant to join a migration onto Oracle PeopleSoft HCM. What you will do: - Configure enterprise structures, eligibility profiles and approval workflows - Design self-service flows for employees and managers, and test them end to end - Guide HR users through UAT, training and go-live - Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work What you bring: - 0–2 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Talent Acquisition - Working knowledge of PeopleCode / App Engine, BI Publisher Contract engagement, onsite in Doha.
