Aurenza Global Services is hiring an Associate Oracle PeopleSoft Talent Acquisition Techno-Functional Consultant to join the rollout of Oracle PeopleSoft HCM to new countries and business units. What you will do: - Configure enterprise structures, eligibility profiles and approval workflows - Design self-service flows for employees and managers, and test them end to end - Guide HR users through UAT, training and go-live - Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work What you bring: - 1–4 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Talent Acquisition - Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL, REST APIs Part time engagement, remote within India.
