About the role
Quantrix Product Labs is hiring an Oracle PeopleSoft Talent Acquisition Lead to join a migration onto Oracle PeopleSoft HCM.
What you will do:
- Design self-service flows for employees and managers, and test them end to end
- Guide HR users through UAT, training and go-live
- Configure enterprise structures, eligibility profiles and approval workflows
- Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook
What you bring:
- 8–14 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Talent Acquisition
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Contract engagement, remote within Australia.
