About the role
Orvane Consulting is hiring a Freelance Trainee Oracle PeopleSoft Talent Acquisition Functional Consultant to join a greenfield Oracle PeopleSoft HCM implementation.
What you will do:
- Gather HR and talent requirements across countries and business units
- Build and test fast formulas and validation rules where standard setup falls short
- Load worker and assignment data through HDL and verify the results
- Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook
What you bring:
- 0–2 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Talent Acquisition
- Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL
Freelance contract: 18 weeks, 20 hours a week, hybrid.
