Trainee Oracle PeopleSoft Absence Management Techno-Functional Consultant

Northwyn Analytics is hiring a Trainee Oracle PeopleSoft Absence Management Techno-Functional Consultant to join a migration onto Oracle PeopleSoft HCM. What you will do: - Load balances and year-to-date figures through HDL and reconcile them - Gather payroll and statutory requirements for each country in scope - Build and test fast formulas for pay, absence and statutory calculations - Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work What you bring: - 0–2 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Absence Management and Talent Acquisition - Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL, REST APIs Permanent engagement, remote within Malaysia.
