About the role
Talwind Insurance Services is hiring an Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Solution Architect (Payroll — North America) to join a migration onto Oracle PeopleSoft HCM.
What you will do:
- Load balances and year-to-date figures through HDL and reconcile them
- Gather payroll and statutory requirements for each country in scope
- Build and test fast formulas for pay, absence and statutory calculations
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 10–18 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Payroll — North America
- Experience with India localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups
- Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL, REST APIs
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
