Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Solution Architect (Payroll — North America)

Thamesbridge Public Services is hiring an Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Solution Architect (Payroll — North America) to join a migration onto Oracle PeopleSoft HCM. What you will do: - Build and test fast formulas for pay, absence and statutory calculations - Load balances and year-to-date figures through HDL and reconcile them - Gather payroll and statutory requirements for each country in scope - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 10–18 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Payroll — North America and Payroll — Global - Experience with United States localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups - Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL, REST APIs - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Part time engagement, remote within United States.
