About the role
Coraline Bank (GCC) is hiring an Oracle PeopleSoft Payroll — North America Functional Consultant to join a greenfield Oracle PeopleSoft HCM implementation.
What you will do:
- Gather payroll and statutory requirements for each country in scope
- Build and test fast formulas for pay, absence and statutory calculations
- Load balances and year-to-date figures through HDL and reconcile them
- Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook
What you bring:
- 3–7 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Payroll — North America
- Experience with India localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups
Permanent engagement, remote within India.
