About the role
Coraline Bank (GCC) is hiring an Associate Oracle PeopleSoft Payroll — North America Techno-Functional Consultant to join a migration onto Oracle PeopleSoft HCM.
What you will do:
- Load balances and year-to-date figures through HDL and reconcile them
- Gather payroll and statutory requirements for each country in scope
- Build and test fast formulas for pay, absence and statutory calculations
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 1–4 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Payroll — North America
- Experience with South Africa localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups
- Working knowledge of PeopleCode / App Engine, BI Publisher
Contract engagement, remote within South Africa.
