About the role
Valecrest Technologies is hiring an Associate Oracle PeopleSoft Payroll — North America Functional Consultant to join a migration onto Oracle PeopleSoft HCM.
What you will do:
- Gather payroll and statutory requirements for each country in scope
- Build and test fast formulas for pay, absence and statutory calculations
- Load balances and year-to-date figures through HDL and reconcile them
- Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook
What you bring:
- 1–4 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Payroll — North America
- Experience with Saudi Arabia / UAE (GCC) localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups
Part time engagement, onsite in Dubai.
