About the role
Bluecairn Staffing is hiring an Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Solution Architect (Payroll — North America) to join an Oracle PeopleSoft HCM upgrade and re-implementation.
What you will do:
- Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team
- Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end
- Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules
- Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook
What you bring:
- 10–18 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Payroll — North America
- Experience with Philippines localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups
- Working knowledge of PeopleCode / App Engine
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Advisory engagement, hybrid in Manila.
