Associate Oracle PeopleSoft Technical Consultant (Payroll — North America)

Ledgerkraft Consulting is hiring an Associate Oracle PeopleSoft Technical Consultant (Payroll — North America) to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle PeopleSoft HCM roadmap. What you will do: - Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end - Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules - Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 1–4 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Payroll — North America and Payroll — Global - Experience with India localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups - Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL, REST APIs, PeopleCode / App Engine Contract to hire engagement, hybrid in Kolkata.
