About the role
Tessaline Systems is hiring a Trainee Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to join a migration onto Oracle PeopleSoft HCM.
What you will do:
- Load worker and assignment data through HDL and verify the results
- Gather HR and talent requirements across countries and business units
- Build and test fast formulas and validation rules where standard setup falls short
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 0–2 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on HCM and Payroll — North America
- Experience with Multi-country / Global localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups
- Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL, REST APIs
Contract engagement, fully remote.
