Trainee Oracle EBS Compensation Workbench Functional Consultant

Ledgerkraft Consulting is hiring a Trainee Oracle EBS Compensation Workbench Functional Consultant to join a migration onto Oracle EBS HCM. What you will do: - Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team - Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end - Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules - Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook What you bring: - 0–2 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on Compensation Workbench and Core HR - Experience with Europe (EU) localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups - Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL Part time engagement, hybrid in Dublin.
