Mehrbaan Foods is hiring a Freelance Associate Oracle EBS Compensation Workbench Functional Consultant to join an Oracle EBS HCM upgrade and re-implementation. What you will do: - Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team - Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end - Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules - Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook What you bring: - 1–4 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on Compensation Workbench and Core HR - Experience with Multi-country / Global localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups - Working knowledge of Oracle Forms & Reports Freelance contract: 13 weeks, 20 hours a week, remote — global.
