About the role
Thamesbridge Public Services is hiring an Oracle EBS Compensation Workbench Lead to join a greenfield Oracle EBS HCM implementation.
What you will do:
- Gather payroll and statutory requirements for each country in scope
- Build and test fast formulas for pay, absence and statutory calculations
- Load balances and year-to-date figures through HDL and reconcile them
- Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook
What you bring:
- 8–14 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on Compensation Workbench and Core HR
- Experience with India localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Advisory engagement, remote within India.
