About the role
Nexabrook Software is hiring a Senior Oracle EBS Technical Consultant (Advanced Benefits) to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle EBS HCM roadmap.
What you will do:
- Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end
- Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules
- Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team
- Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification
What you bring:
- 5–10 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on Advanced Benefits and Compensation Workbench
- Working knowledge of ODI, Oracle Forms & Reports
Part time engagement, onsite in Kolkata.
