About the role
Talwind Insurance Services is hiring a Trainee Oracle EBS Compensation Workbench Functional Consultant to join a greenfield Oracle EBS HCM implementation.
What you will do:
- Gather payroll and statutory requirements for each country in scope
- Build and test fast formulas for pay, absence and statutory calculations
- Load balances and year-to-date figures through HDL and reconcile them
- Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook
What you bring:
- 0–2 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on Compensation Workbench and Core HR
- Experience with Mexico / Latin America localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups
Permanent engagement, onsite in Mexico City.
