About the role
Ledgerkraft Consulting is hiring a Trainee Oracle EBS Self-Service HR Techno-Functional Consultant to join the rollout of Oracle EBS HCM to new countries and business units.
What you will do:
- Configure enterprise structures, eligibility profiles and approval workflows
- Design self-service flows for employees and managers, and test them end to end
- Guide HR users through UAT, training and go-live
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 0–2 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on Self-Service HR and Time and Labor (OTL)
- Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL, OAF
Contract engagement, remote within Singapore.
