Oracle EBS HCM Programme Director

Gulfmark Infra Holdings is hiring an Oracle EBS HCM Programme Director to join a migration onto Oracle EBS HCM. What you will do: - Build and test fast formulas for pay, absence and statutory calculations - Load balances and year-to-date figures through HDL and reconcile them - Gather payroll and statutory requirements for each country in scope - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 15–25 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on Payroll - Experience with India localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups - Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL, OAF - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Contract to hire engagement, remote within India.
