About the role
Halcyra Pharma is hiring an Oracle EBS Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant to join a migration onto Oracle EBS HCM.
What you will do:
- Load balances and year-to-date figures through HDL and reconcile them
- Gather payroll and statutory requirements for each country in scope
- Build and test fast formulas for pay, absence and statutory calculations
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 3–7 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on Payroll
- Experience with Saudi Arabia / UAE (GCC) localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups
- Working knowledge of Oracle Forms & Reports, Workflow Builder
Permanent engagement, remote within Saudi Arabia.
