About the role
Sarvat ERP Solutions is hiring an Oracle EBS HCM Solution Architect (Payroll) to join an Oracle EBS HCM upgrade and re-implementation.
What you will do:
- Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team
- Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end
- Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules
- Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook
What you bring:
- 10–18 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on Payroll and Self-Service HR
- Experience with Philippines localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups
- Working knowledge of ODI
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
