Orvane Consulting is hiring a Freelance Oracle PeopleSoft Talent Acquisition Lead to join a greenfield Oracle PeopleSoft HCM implementation. What you will do: - Gather HR and talent requirements across countries and business units - Build and test fast formulas and validation rules where standard setup falls short - Load worker and assignment data through HDL and verify the results - Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook What you bring: - 8–14 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Talent Acquisition - Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Freelance contract: 36 weeks, 20 hours a week, hybrid.
