Mehrbaan Foods is hiring a Freelance Associate Oracle PeopleSoft Payroll — North America Functional Consultant to join an Oracle PeopleSoft HCM upgrade and re-implementation. What you will do: - Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team - Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end - Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules - Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook What you bring: - 1–4 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Payroll — North America - Experience with Multi-country / Global localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups - Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL Freelance contract: 33 weeks, 20 hours a week, remote — global.
