About the role
Desertrose Retail LLC is hiring an Associate Oracle EBS Technical Consultant (iRecruitment) to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle EBS HCM roadmap.
What you will do:
- Guide HR users through UAT, training and go-live
- Configure enterprise structures, eligibility profiles and approval workflows
- Design self-service flows for employees and managers, and test them end to end
- Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification
What you bring:
- 1–4 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on iRecruitment
- Working knowledge of Oracle Forms & Reports, Workflow Builder
Contract to hire engagement, onsite in Frankfurt.
