Oracle EBS HCM Solution Architect (iRecruitment)

Desertrose Retail LLC is hiring an Oracle EBS HCM Solution Architect (iRecruitment) to join the rollout of Oracle EBS HCM to new countries and business units. What you will do: - Configure enterprise structures, eligibility profiles and approval workflows - Design self-service flows for employees and managers, and test them end to end - Guide HR users through UAT, training and go-live - Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work What you bring: - 10–18 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on iRecruitment - Working knowledge of OAF, BI Publisher - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Part time engagement, onsite in Singapore.
