Oracle EBS iRecruitment Lead

Stratavine Talent is hiring an Oracle EBS iRecruitment Lead to join a migration onto Oracle EBS HCM. What you will do: - Gather HR and talent requirements across countries and business units - Build and test fast formulas and validation rules where standard setup falls short - Load worker and assignment data through HDL and verify the results - Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook What you bring: - 8–14 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on iRecruitment and Learning Management (OLM) - Working knowledge of BI Publisher - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Permanent engagement, fully remote.
