About the role
Zephyrine Logistics is hiring an Associate Oracle EBS iRecruitment Functional Consultant to join an Oracle EBS HCM upgrade and re-implementation.
What you will do:
- Design self-service flows for employees and managers, and test them end to end
- Guide HR users through UAT, training and go-live
- Configure enterprise structures, eligibility profiles and approval workflows
- Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook
What you bring:
- 1–4 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on iRecruitment and Learning Management (OLM)
Contract engagement, onsite in Hyderabad.
