Oracle EBS HCM Solution Architect (iRecruitment)

Brightmoor Advisory is hiring an Oracle EBS HCM Solution Architect (iRecruitment) to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle EBS HCM roadmap. What you will do: - Guide HR users through UAT, training and go-live - Configure enterprise structures, eligibility profiles and approval workflows - Design self-service flows for employees and managers, and test them end to end - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 10–18 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on iRecruitment - Working knowledge of BI Publisher, ODI - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Contract engagement, remote within India.
