Trainee Oracle EBS Technical Consultant (Time and Labor (OTL))

Pinewell Capability Centre is hiring a Trainee Oracle EBS Technical Consultant (Time and Labor (OTL)) to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle EBS HCM roadmap. What you will do: - Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end - Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules - Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 0–2 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on Time and Labor (OTL) and iRecruitment - Working knowledge of OAF, BI Publisher, ODI Contract to hire engagement, hybrid in Mumbai.
