Ravisha Workforce Partners is hiring a Freelance Oracle EBS Time and Labor (OTL) Technical Lead to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle EBS HCM roadmap. What you will do: - Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end - Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules - Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 8–14 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on Time and Labor (OTL) and iRecruitment - Working knowledge of SOA Suite, SQL / PL-SQL, OAF - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Freelance contract: 9 weeks, 40 hours a week, remote — global.
