About the role
Northwyn Analytics is hiring a PeopleSoft HCM to Fusion HCM Transition Lead for a migration programme spanning PeopleSoft and Fusion Cloud.
What you will do:
- Map the current landscape and design the target solution across HCM and Core HR
- Plan data conversion, reconciliation and cutover between the two platforms
- Coordinate functional, technical and business teams through SIT, UAT and go-live
What you bring:
- 15–25 years on Oracle applications, with delivery experience on both PeopleSoft and Fusion Cloud
- Hands-on HCM, Core HR, Absence Management, Absence
Onsite role in Dallas.
